Sinclair Construction’s mission is to provide clients with a stress free collaborative home building or remodeling experience. Advocating for durability, cost containment and building efficiency. This is our goal throughout the process from design to the finished product. We execute this by always upholding a high level of integrity and professionalism and we always respect the art, science and craft of building.

About the builder

Lou has a 20-year background in construction management, new home construction, home Remodeling, customer service and quality control. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management is a licensed building inspector in the state of Oregon as well as holding multiple certificates in exterior envelope and green building practices with an emphasis on modern building practices and sustainability. He derives immeasurable satisfaction from transforming his clients dreams in to reality and is proud of his reputation for developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the most qualified architects, subcontractors and vendors in the Portland area.
